Example of high quality renders of appliances from my time R&D @ LIL. Props were scanned, cleaned up in zbrush / decimated down, uc mapped and baked, and touched up in Substance. All tiling materials were made in Substance Designer, all Props had final texture pass in painter utilizing hybrid materials in conjunction with substance library I built. These asset were meant to reflect real world actual products that you could buy at LOWES. These were made around 2018-19 I cant really remember.
